Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• Non-returnable items: perfumes, accessories, undergarments, and any item marked “Sale” or “Final.”

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or product defects (subject to stock availability).
• If the product requested is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and product images.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After shipping, cancellations are not possible, but you may apply for a return once received.
